Horrible experience

The sellers written product description as well as the picture display of the text book indicated it was a 4th edition. When the book was received, it was a 2nd edition. When the seller was contacted to explain that there was some mistake, I was informed that the paperwork clearly indicated it was a 2nd edition. Well, this was true, but the problem with that was that the ONLY indication was on the paperwork recieved with the book. The seller told me that the mistake was not theirs and so they would not acceopt a return nor an exchange. Naturally, this was very frustrating. After reviewing everything to make sure the mistake was not mine, contacted the seller again and received no response. The seller did not have a return policy on file with Amazon. When I conacted Amazon and requested they review this, Amazon agreed that the seller was in the wrong and informed both the seller and me of this fact. The seller did credit my card within 7 days. I mailed the book back to the seller in MUCH better packaging than I had recieved it...it had been mailed to me in a large, thin paper envelope which was naturally torn and damaged due to weight of package and mailing process. Due to attitude of sellelr as well as no return policy as well as inaccurate advertising, would not recommend this seller.

I have no problem with the item its self. The book is a fabulous book. It progresses well and is well illustrated. The person I ordered it from never sent it to me or contacted me.

I did not realize that the copy they sent was specially made for paticular school. The seller did not mention that anywhere in the ad.

They sent not only me but also my boyfriend the wrong book and its a custom version for another school. usually chapters are shortened or missing. i contacted them but nothing resolved. i sent it back 2 months ago and STILL NO REFUND! i would never buy from them again. wrong advertisement and unreliable and no refund

The most important part i needed was the exercise set for my homework it didn't even have it for none of the chapters.
